What clients want to know...
Every potential client begins with a complimentary 30-minute Discovery Call. We’ll discuss your goals, challenges, timeline, and budget to see if my services and communication style align with what you need. It’s a focused, collaborative conversation designed to ensure mutual clarity before any commitments are made.
I’m not a generic VA. I don’t sell cheap task blocks or do “everything and anything.” I’m a strategic operations partner: I think with you, organize your business, and support ongoing decisions and implementation in a focused way.
No. I’m based in Canada, but I work with clients online wherever the time zones and communication styles make sense.
Timelines depend on the size and scope of your goals. Some clients’ projects are completed within a few weeks, while others partner with me for several months or longer.
Factors include:
Number and complexity of goals or deliverables
Available budget and services selected
How much material needs organizing (emails, files, visuals)
How much new material needs creating (documents, visuals)
Whether content and feedback are provided on schedule. Client delays may extend project duration.
Let’s talk. While I don’t offer discounts on The Clarity Audit and The Organized Business Sprint, I may be able to create a smaller, monthly customized service package aligned with your current needs and budget. My goal is to help you start building systems that make an immediate difference, at a scale that feels sustainable.
My standard hours are Monday to Thursday, 9 AM-2 PM PST. This schedule supports focused, high-quality work during my most productive hours. Fridays are reserved for internal tasks, wrap-ups, and project management, allowing me to stay fully present in active client work without distractions or burnout.
I check email and other messages twice per day Monday to Friday–at 9 AM and 1:30 PM (PST)–to protect focused work time and ensure each message receives proper attention. Urgent matters are handled through agreed-upon communication channels defined in your service agreement. This creates dependable boundaries and faster, clearer communication overall.
I work with solopreneurs, small businesses, and creative teams across industries such as wellness, marketing, education, and home and business organization. I also support charities and nonprofits. The size or industry of your business matters less than your vision and goals, and readiness to create structure and clarity. If you’re motivated to grow with intention, we’ll work well together.
Canadian clients: All listed prices exclude taxes. Applicable GST/HST/PST/QST will be added based on your province.
International clients (including U.S.): Taxes are not included. Depending on your location, digital services taxes may apply. These will always be discussed and clearly outlined before invoicing.
My commitment is complete transparency: no hidden fees, no last-minute surprises.
One-time projects and monthly retainers ensure availability, faster turnarounds, and priority scheduling.
Yes. Custom quotes are available for special projects within service boundaries.
Yes. You receive workflow documentation and handover notes for all recurring setups.
Yes, privately, to protect my own capacity and keep things fair. No, I don’t sell hours. You’re paying for outcomes, judgment, and support within a clear scope, not for stopwatch time.
Usually not. New ongoing clients typically start with The Clarity Audit (and often The Sprint) so we have a shared understanding of your business before committing to a longer partnership. If you have had a recent business audit performed by someone else, we can discuss the report to see if it’s compatible with my services.
Depending on the service you select, full payment or 50 % deposit is required to secure your project. The balance is due before file hand-off. For retainers, payment is due in advance each month. Work begins only once the deposit/full payment and signed agreement are received.
