You do not need a finished business to start. Bringing someone in while you are still building is one of the best investments you will ever make, because it is far easier to put something in the right place than to move it later.I work with people at the very beginning often. Together we set up the things that carry a business quietly: how clients come in, where your files live, what you say yes and no to.

Plenty, and it is better said upfront.Websites. I rework the wording, layout and flow of pages you already have. I do not build new sites, write custom code, or handle technical maintenance. For a full build I will help you work out what you need, so you can take it to a designer. Finance. No bookkeeping, invoicing, payment processing, or anything touching client funds. Legal. I may read an existing agreement to flag where it creates friction day to day. I do not write legal documents or give legal advice. Anything binding goes to a lawyer. If research for our work involves reading legal documents, I will apply and quote them in our work and offer my reading on them, but no legal advice. Where any contradictions arise, I will flag these, and suggest where to turn to for an answer. People. I may look at the tools your team communicates in. I do not get involved in team dynamics or performance. I do not reach out to any third-parties on your or your clients' behalf. Branding. I apply your brand consistently. I do not create brand identity, logos, or brand kits. Advanced AI. I set up simple, safe AI for daily tasks. No automations, AI agents, or complex AI visuals. Where something sits outside what I do, I will help you work out what you actually need so you can take it to the right person.

We can talk about it. If it fits what I do, I will give you a quote. If it falls outside what I do, I will say so plainly and point you somewhere better suited.

I am based in Kamloops, BC, and I work remotely. Where you are matters less than whether we are a fit. If you are a business outside of Canada, I will look into regulations that may govern how we work together before we begin.

If you fill out the form on my website, you get an email confirming it arrived, and a link to my calendar to book your discovery call. No. We look at your whole business, not just your website. If you do not have one, we look at how you communicate with clients now, where things catch, and what to build first.

It depends which service, and how much there is.The Clarity Roadmap — about 4 weeks. The clock starts once I have your questionnaire and your assets. The Untangle — three months in total. Month one is your Clarity Roadmap. Months two and three are the build. Single Projects — usually 5 to 10 business days from when you have sent everything I need. Larger ones get their own timeline, agreed before we begin. We agree your timeline together before any work starts, and you will never have to guess what is happening. Everything is tracked in Google Workspace and you get regular updates.The work goes best when we both keep moving. If I have not heard from you in 14 days, I will gently pause rather than let you feel rushed, and we pick up when you are ready. Time spent waiting on you is not counted against your timeline.

Monday to Thursday, 9 AM to 2 PM Pacific. I check email twice a day, around 9 AM and 1:30 PM. Fridays are for my own operational work.I practise the calm operations I build for my clients. Urgent matters are handled through the channels we agree in your service agreement.

No, and the boundary is built in rather than promised.I organize the systems around your work. I never need the content inside them: no client records, no health information, no session notes, and I will not ask for them. When I need to understand how something flows, a screenshot with names blurred is enough. The pattern, not the people.The rules I do not bend:No passwords or logins, ever. You grant temporary, collaborator-level access through your own settings, only to the folders or tools the work actually touches, and you remove it the moment we are done.Anything financial, or holding confidential client data, stays fully yours. I work from a screenshot or a quick screen-share, never account access.Your work and our correspondence live in secure Google Workspace folders, handled in line with PIPEDA and BC's privacy law.This matters most for therapists, wellness and healthcare practitioners. Your clients trust you with private things, and that trust has to hold for anyone you bring in.

Everything we build together belongs to you. At the end of every project you get complete documentation and walkthroughs, so you know how it works and can maintain it yourself.Final deliverables transfer to you on full payment. Single Projects stand alone. Book one, and nothing else is required.If you book the Clarity Roadmap on its own and decide within three months that you want the build, you do not pay for the Roadmap twice. We pick up where it left off, agree the scope and the fixed price, and go straight into The Untangle. No second discovery call; we already have the context.Three months is the limit for a reason. Past that, a business has usually moved enough that the Roadmap no longer describes it, and redoing it would take a month out of a three-month engagement.
