After your discovery call, this is typically the next step. You complete a questionnaire and share relevant business assets (email templates, empty client intake forms, etc.), I map the friction, and we review everything in a focused 60-minute call. No behind-the-scenes work at this stage, just a clear picture of exactly what needs attention and in what order. From here, you can move to the Business Cleanup, start Monthly Support, or implement the plan yourself.
If you choose the Cleanup within 14 days of completing the Cleanup, $325 credits toward it.
