Where you go after that depends on what you need: a roadmap you can act on, three months of building it with you, or one specific thing finished and off your desk.
The Clarity Roadmap
Some businesses don't need rebuilding. They need to be seen clearly.
The Clarity Roadmap is built around your business: the whole picture, or one question that has been sitting with you. You complete a questionnaire and send the pieces that hold the shape of how you work — email templates, intake forms, whatever is relevant. I look past the surface, find what is actually going on, and hand it back in plain English, roadmap included.
Plan for about 4 weeks, starting once I have your questionnaire and your assets.
This is a complete piece of work on its own, not a required first step toward something bigger. Some clients work from the roadmap themselves. Others come back for the build. Either way you leave with something you can use.

The Untangle
This is where the building happens.
We start with your Clarity Roadmap, which is month one. From there I build what it calls for: your drive and inbox, the documents your business runs on, your client journey, the SOPs, and AI set up in your voice and your boundaries. Yours to keep, with walkthroughs.
Three months in total. Not a brand build, not a website build, not everything and anything. We agree the scope and we hold it.

Your Clarity Roadmap is $650, paid first. Your build is quoted as one fixed price once the Roadmap is done, because the Roadmap is what shows me the volume.
Most Untangles land between $3,000 and $5,000 in total. Your exact number is in writing before any building starts, and the build is split into two payments, one at the start of each of the remaining months. If we pause while I am waiting on you, that time is not counted.
If you book the Clarity Roadmap on its own and decide within three months that you want the build, you do not pay for the Roadmap twice. We pick up where it left off, agree the scope and the fixed price, and go straight into the build.
Three months is the limit for a reason. Past that, a business has usually moved enough that the Roadmap no longer describes it, and redoing it would take a month out of a three-month engagement. That is not what The Untangle is for.

Most land in 5 to 10 business days, from when you have sent everything I need. The larger or less defined ones I scope and quote after our call, so you know the price before anything begins.

One Core Document· $325
One document your business runs on: an agreement, an onboarding flow, a proposal, a newsletter template, or a welcome email sequence. Written and ready to use. Send me your logo, colours and fonts and it comes back branded, at no extra cost.
AI Master Document· $350
A master prompt that teaches AI your ethics, your tone and your vocabulary, so nothing you write with it sounds generic. Plus 5 to 7 prompts built for the tasks you actually do, as a clean PDF you can keep beside you.
Case Study and Proof of Work· $850 · 2 to 4 weeks
I interview one of your past clients, find the real impact of your work, and design it into a case study and a testimonial you can use on your website or in a pitch. You make the introduction; the timeline starts once the interview is done.
Website Refinement· quoted after a short scope check
I rework the wording, layout and flow of pages you already have, so they work the way your business runs. Not cosmetic edits. Priced individually because no two sites are the same, with the timeline agreed before we start.
Larger or custom work· quoted after your call
Some things are bigger, touch several parts of the business, or need a look before they can be priced. Same flat rate, just quoted once I have seen the shape of it.-
