Client: Kristine Dobele, founder of Flora Flux (floraflux.net)
Service: Business Clarity Plan
Engagement: Two separate occasions (Fall 2025 and Spring 2026)
Snapshot
Kristine is the founder of Flora Flux, a garden stylist who specializes in outdoor space design—gardens, balconies, terraces, and any outdoor space—helping homeowners create beautiful, professional results without hiring a landscape architect. She delivers custom design plans tailored to each client’s specific climate zone and digital guides.
When Kristine and I first spoke, she had a strong vision, real skill, and a growing library of digital handbooks, but she hadn’t yet given herself permission to begin. Months later, after she’d built her website and taken on a few projects for friends and family, she came back for a Business Clarity Plan. Within a week of our final call, she landed her first paying client who came from entirely outside her existing circle—a stranger who believed in her work and hired her on the strength of how clearly and confidently she could now describe it.
The Beginning:
Permission to Start
Kristine first reached out in the Fall of 2025, before she had committed to registering her business. She had the ideas, the talent, and around two dozen digital handbooks already created. What she didn’t have was the belief that it was enough.
She thought she needed forty, fifty, maybe more handbooks before she could open her doors; that her business wasn’t “ready” until the library was complete. The hesitation wasn’t really about the handbooks. It was the fear that comes with starting something new and meaningful, and the worry that she herself wasn’t ready.
Our first conversation reframed that. The work she’d already done was a foundation, not a half-finished draft. The best time to begin was now, and everything else could grow from there. I helped her map out the initial structure she needed to actually get started, so that “someday” became a real, workable beginning.
She registered Flora Flux. She built her website. She started taking on work.
The Return:
A Business That Had Grown Faster Than Its Pathways
By Spring 2026, Flora Flux was real and running. Kristine had a website, an active Facebook page, and a handful of completed projects for people she knew. But she had that quiet, familiar feeling that something was a little off—certain things on her website and in her services felt iffy, unclear, not quite right, and she couldn’t name exactly why.
That’s the moment the Business Clarity Plan is built for. She came back, and we got to work.
What the Clarity Plan Delivered

The Clarity Plan is a structured, calm look at the whole business from the outside in, the perspective an owner can rarely get on their own work.
For Flora Flux, that meant walking through her website, her ordering flow, her subscriptions, her client journey, and her content exactly as a first-time visitor would.

The plan surfaced details Kristine had completely missed—from how her ordering and subscription flows actually behaved, to small things in her design and content that were quietly undercutting the trust her brand had earned. Every finding came with clear, logical reasoning and a recommendation, sorted into quick wins she could act on immediately and deeper work to grow into over time.

Many of the recommendations were quick wins that cost her nothing but a few minutes, and several of those she put in place within a couple of days. As she described it, they were easy, nothing too complicated, and they brought immediate improvement to her website’s layout and flow.
But the deeper result wasn’t on the website. It was in Kristine herself.
The Result:
Clarity Became Confidence—and Confidence Found a Client
The most important thing the Clarity Plan gave Kristine wasn’t a list of edits. It was clarity about her own business—a clear, confident way to talk about what she does and why it matters. The things that had felt vague or “off” were named and resolved, and that resolution changed how she carried herself.
About two days after our clarity call, Kristine joined a local women’s entrepreneur group and introduced herself and Flora Flux. Because she now understood her own business clearly and could speak about it with confidence, she presented herself in an entirely different way than she could have a week earlier.
That’s where she found her first paying client who came from beyond her own circle—not a referral, not a friend, not family. A stranger who heard Kristine describe her work, believed in her ability to deliver, and hired her on the spot. Kristine delivered beautifully. The client was thrilled.
It was the first time someone outside her existing relationships had looked at Flora Flux and decided, on its own merits, that it was worth paying for.
That is what clarity makes possible.

Kristine’s Words
"I’m so impressed by the depth of Elina’s Business Clarity Plan. She caught details I’d completely missed—from my ordering flows and subscriptions to my design and content—and clearly took the time to understand my business. She presented every recommendation with clear, logical reasoning, in a way that felt encouraging rather than critical, and her thoroughness and warmth instantly built trust.
Best of all, many of her suggestions were quick wins that took zero extra resources but brought immediate results to my website’s layout and flow. I’m absolutely continuing our work together, and I’d recommend her to anyone who wants an objective, professional eye on their business."

Why This Matters
A Business Clarity Plan isn’t about telling someone everything that’s wrong with their business. For Kristine, almost nothing was. The vision was beautiful and the work was good. What she needed was an objective, caring set of eyes to name what she was too close to see, and to hand it back to her in a way that built her up rather than tearing her down.
The outcome wasn’t just a tidier website. It was a business owner who could finally talk about her work the way it deserved to be talked about, and a real client who said yes because of it.
